Houston Gunners Football Team Returns!

For those of you old enough to remember, no explanation is needed regarding the 2X National Champions of the National Public Safety Football League.  But for the newbies, this was one of the premier teams in the NPSFL!  We play teams from NYPD, LAPD, Chicago PD, Dallas PD, DC PD, FDNY, Chicago Fire, to just name a few. It will definitely bring the HPD pride to the Department as we defeat our out of town counterparts.  To be eligible for the team, you must be employed in public safety; Police, Fire, EMT, Corrections etc. (Local, State, County and Federal).

By Popular Demand, we are not organizing the return of the team for Spring 2024.  We will be announcing a team meeting for those interested in joining the team as a Player, Coach, training staff, Board of Director or Cheerleader!  The meeting should take place sometime in November prior to Thanksgiving.  If you want to get more information, contact Sgt.
